ONCE upon a time, I was very happy with robu inventory & prices, and was a regular. I had a rude awakening when they sent me a wrong item & it cost me courier charges & one MONTH of follow up to get that fixed. Now I had 80+items in cart and it said session expired, relogin. And I find the cart empty, and they are not bothered to restore the data. Well, there's no dearth of online mailers of chinese parts, and most of them don't have robu's arrogance, so it's bye-bye robu.

robu.in is an excellent ecommerce site for electronics items, reasonable prices, easy return or replacement, but the thing they need to improve is the app experience, very difficult to find parts that are needed, they often show out of stock items, there is no filter option to exclude, even the app does not show similar items, after online payment, it does not show the order is under shipment or on the way or payment completed, it directly shows order completed app experience is a nightmare.

I have ordered from robu several times total around 12k+ rupees. In 2nd time I got 1 defective amplifier module but after complaint they solved my problem in 2 days and got my refund. robu service is good but their app and website is slow. And they delivered the parcel in 3 days.Fast Delivery then Amazon and Flipkart. All good but their app and website is slow.
